There is 50% cancellation fee for cancellations less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment and 100% for no shows. The no show fee will be charged 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. Clients who no show 2 times will be required to prepay. If card is declined for fees, clients will be banned from booking.
