💛 KAesthetics LLC – Cancellation & No-Show Policy My treatment space is designed with care, and part of that care includes clear, respectful policies. These guidelines help me offer the best experience possible—for you and for every client who walks through the door. By booking an appointment with KAesthetics LLC, you agree to the following: ⸻ 📅 Cancellations Life happens—I understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice by texting or calling 541-727-1871. • Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the service fee will be charged • No-shows: 100% of the service fee will be charged ⸻ 💳 Deposits & Payment To hold your appointment, a deposit and a card on file are required. • Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours or miss your appointment ⸻ ⏰ Running Late Please arrive on time so we can make the most of your session. • 5-10 minutes late: You’ll receive a shorter service if possible, but still be charged the full price • 15+ minutes late: Considered a no-show, and 100% of the fee will be charged ⸻ 🧾 Downgrading Services If you decide to change or reduce your service less than 24 hours before your appointment, the original service amount still applies. ⸻ 🤒 Feeling Sick? If you’re not feeling well—especially if you have a fever or cold/flu symptoms—please cancel your appointment. • If you arrive with signs of illness, your appointment will be canceled, and a 100% fee will apply ⸻ 🚫 Respecting Time & Policies • After two late cancellations or no-shows, future appointments must be prepaid in full, or may be declined • I reserve the right to decline future bookings if policies are not respected ⸻ 💬 A Final Note Thank you for your understanding and kindness.
